J&J Fencing Pros was founded with a singular vision: to shift the industry's perception from a negative standpoint to one that prioritizes customer service and satisfaction. This endeavor was driven by our overarching mission to develop our brand and reputation, one fence project at a time.

The company's inception came with limited financial resources, as we started with a modest $1,500. Given our status as a new entrant in a predominantly seasonal industry, we projected an 18-month timeline to achieve profitability. It's important to note that we had zero budget allocated for essentials like a website or online marketing. Kimberly, however, confidently asserted, "We can overcome this challenge by leveraging my skills to craft a website & drive traffic through SEO, Facebook, & the Nextdoor app."

Remarkably, within just nine months, our business had expanded to a point where significant decisions were required. We faced a pivotal choice: whether Kimberly should leave her corporate role to devote all her energies to our thriving business, or whether we needed to recruit three individuals - one for office management, another for sales, and a third for marketing. Notably, during this phase, our traffic was entirely derived from the website & organic leads, not engaging in any paid digital or traditional marketing efforts up to that point.

After much deliberation, we determined that Kimberly would exit her role at the marketing agency to concentrate full-time on our growing fencing enterprise, while concurrently accepting private clients for digital marketing services, a field where her professional passion has always resided.

Today, both of our aspirations have materialized into reality. We have succeeded in establishing an award winning fence business and a flourishing Digital Marketing Agency. Needless to say, we harbor no regrets regarding this pivotal decision.
